Welcome to Plotifi, LLC. Thank you for choosing Plotifi, LLC. ("Plotifi," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile and web-based investment application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Plotifi is not available to users in jurisdictions where the use of such services would be illegal. Users accessing the App from outside the United States are responsible for compliance with any local laws. Plotifi makes no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in other locations.
To access certain features of the App, you must register for an account by providing your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Plotifi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any unauthorized activities. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify us at legal@plotifi.com. Plotifi is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using the App to engage in illegal activities, manipulate the market, or violate the rights of others. Plotifi reserves the right to restrict your access to the App if we suspect you are engaging in prohibited activities. By using this App, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. securities laws, and understand that Plotifi does not tolerate insider trading, market manipulation, or other forms of illegal conduct.
Investing in the stock market involves significant risk, including the potential loss of capital. The investment tools provided by Plotifi are intended to help users make informed decisions, but we do not guarantee the performance of any investments. Plotifi is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of using the App.

Currently, Plotifi is available for free with restrictions on the number of portfolios that can be saved. In the future, we plan to offer a premium subscription model with additional features. You will be required to provide payment information to access these premium features. We will notify users of any fees or charges in advance, and these fees will be subject to the terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase. In the event of fee changes or the introduction of new charges, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Users will be provided a clear refund and cancellation policy for any premium services, subject to the terms outlined at the time of purchase.
All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Plotifi or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. You are prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used by Plotifi in connection with the App.
Plotifi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any data associated with it. Your personal information and account data may also be retained as necessary to comply with legal obligations or for legitimate business purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plotifi, its affiliates, and its partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to investment losses. The App is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. The limitation of liability described herein applies to any claims based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Plotifi has been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in [Insert Location], and the laws of the State of [Insert State] will govern these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to waive your right to participate in any lawsuit in any court of law.
